Vancouver Police seek public’s help to find Elwood Poorman, a man wanted nationwide. Poorman, 42, on day parole, has a violent history. Indigenous, 5’10”, 220 lbs, with tattoos on left forearm and shoulder. Failed to return to halfway house on July 16. Anyone with information urged to call 9-1-1.
