Rental car companies are providing extra vehicles to meet increased demand during the Canada Summer Games in August in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Canada Summer Games Host Society has secured an additional 200 cars, but availability is expected to remain tight. Discussions with rental agencies have been positive, with an anticipated total of 200 extra cars available in St. John’s.
