The Blue Jays and Marlins are finalizing a trade sending Robinson Piña to Toronto for Colby Martin. Piña, designated for assignment by Miami, made his MLB debut recently. The 26-year-old right-hander has a solid track record in the minors. Martin, a young reliever with limited experience, was acquired by the Marlins despite control issues.
