The Region of Waterloo and Broccolini Real Estate Group settled a dispute over development charges for the Amazon Fulfillment Centre in Cambridge. Broccolini agreed to pay $10.3 million, 75% of the $13.7 million sought by the region. The agreement will fund infrastructure projects. The region withdrew its appeal motion.
