Philip Pynn, with a lengthy criminal history, was released without conditions after 25 years. His lawyer hopes his age and children will motivate him to change. Pynn, 39, served time for assault and drug smuggling, but was credited with time served and released. Lawyer Mark Gruchy is hopeful Pynn will stay out of trouble as he approaches 40 and has children.
