Toronto FC and Lorenzo Insigne mutually terminate his MLS contract. He will no longer be a Designated Player, and his wages won’t count towards the 2025 budget. TFC used a buyout on Insigne. General Manager Jason Hernandez thanked Insigne for his three-year tenure. Insigne, 34, played 76 matches for TFC, scoring 19 goals.
