Lululemon sues Costco for selling knock-off clothes, alleging trademark and design patent infringement. Lawsuit claims Costco’s Kirkland brand and others copied Lululemon’s Scuba hoodies, Define jackets, and ABC pants. Lululemon seeks jury trial and demands removal of alleged dupes, citing confusion among consumers. Costco has not responded yet. Lululemon previously faced lawsuit from Nike for patent infringement in 2023.
