The City of Victoria reallocates $10.35 million from its budget to address safety concerns outlined in the Community Safety and Wellbeing Plan. Funds will go towards hiring more bylaw officers and police, rehabilitating Pandora Avenue, creating shelter spaces, and other initiatives. Funding will be pulled from other projects and reserves.
