The new Rupert and Renfrew Station Area Plan, the first densification plan by Vancouver since the Broadway Plan, is finalized for Vancouver City Council approval. The plan envisions a 61% population increase by 2050, with towers up to 45 storeys near SkyTrain stations. $1.2 billion is allocated for utilities and public benefits.
