U.S. President Trump signed letters to 12 countries outlining tariff levels on exports to the U.S., with offers to be sent Monday. The countries involved will be revealed then. Trump had earlier planned to send the letters on Friday, but the date shifted. The 10% base tariff rate announced in April was suspended for 90 days for negotiations. Only trade agreements reached are with Britain and Vietnam.
