A second 16-year-old boy has been charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of Abdoul Aziz Sarr near Woodbine Park. He surrendered to police five days after another teen was arrested. Sarr was found with life-threatening injuries and later died. The investigation continues, and police urge witnesses to come forward.
