New York City Mayor Eric Adams reported that gunman Shane Tamura, targeting NFL headquarters, mistakenly took the wrong elevator during a shooting spree that left four dead, including an off-duty police officer. Tamura had a history of mental illness and a note expressing grievances against the NFL. One person remains critically injured.
