Canadian forward Chris Boucher has signed a one-year, $3.3 million contract with the Boston Celtics after seven seasons with the Toronto Raptors. Boucher, a key player in the Raptors’ 2019 championship win, averaged 10 points and 4.5 rebounds last season. Meanwhile, Boston traded Georges Niang to the Utah Jazz, saving $8 million in luxury taxes.
