Jerome Blake, Canada’s fastest man this season, won his first national title at the Canadian Track and Field Championships, setting a meet record of 19.95 seconds in the 200 meters. The 30-year-old sprinter, who also broke the 10-second barrier in the 100 meters, credits his success to training in Florida and a supportive environment.
