An Ottawa Police Service constable, Richard Lemay, pleaded guilty to three charges under the Police Services Act for engaging in sexual activity with a woman while on duty over 15 years ago. He awaits sentencing on Sept. 8. The charges include discreditable conduct, neglect of duty, and insubordination.
