A fire at a four-story apartment complex in Middle Sackville, N.S., forced nearly 200 residents to evacuate early Monday. Firefighters responded to heavy smoke and flames, upgrading the incident to a Third Alarm. No injuries were reported, and residents were allowed to return home by 7:30 a.m., except for one severely damaged unit.
