OPP issue over 11,000 in fines to drivers on their phones at 401 crash site

A transport truck rollover on Highway 401 led to $11,000 in fines for drivers using phones at the crash site. OPP officers responded to the scene early Saturday, closing eastbound lanes for investigation. 18 drivers were fined $615 each for videoing the crash. The road reopened by 1:40 p.m.
