Two Vancouver police officers charged with assault over offduty incident

Two Vancouver Police officers charged with assault in off-duty incident in December 2023. The officers, Joshua Wong and Brian Hunt, are not in operational roles. The Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner will conduct a Police Act investigation after a criminal probe by the New Westminster Police Department. Wong and Hunt to appear in court on Sept 18.
