West Coast Express will run Monday after rail employees ordered back to work

The West Coast Express will resume operations on Monday after rail workers were ordered back to work following a country-wide shutdown. The Canada Industrial Relations Board imposed binding arbitration for all parties involved, ending the work stoppage at Canadian Pacific Kansas City and Canadian National Railway. The Teamsters union plans to appeal the ruling in court.
