Alberta prosecutors have stayed a murder charge against Roy Sobotiak, who spent over 35 years in prison for the 1987 disappearance of Susan Kaminsky. Innocence Canada announced the decision, confirming Sobotiak’s legal innocence. He was released from custody in May and is currently living in a sober house. Sobotiak maintains his innocence throughout the ordeal.
