Iran’s supreme leader makes first public statement since ceasefire declared in Israel-Iran war

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei declared Iran’s strike on a U.S. base in Qatar as a “slap to America’s face” and warned against further U.S. attacks. In his first public comments since a ceasefire with Israel, Khamenei appeared tired in a recorded video, issuing warnings and threats towards the U.S. and Israel.
