Khushru and Pearl Chothia have been without power at their cottage since March due to delays from Hydro One after an ice storm damaged their hydro line. They paid over $5,000 for an upgrade to an underground line, but the work remains incomplete, costing them a summer of use and potentially affecting a property sale. Hydro One has acknowledged delays and is now ready to proceed.
