Toronto police have identified 43-year-old Paulin Harusha as the victim of a late-night shooting in Scarborough on Sept. 13. He was found in a vehicle with gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene. Suspects fled in a light-coloured SUV, and authorities are seeking public assistance for information or footage.
