A mother, Tegmina Konstanovna Agadzhanyan, 40, is wanted after allegedly taking her infant to Russia and failing to return to Innisfil, Ont. Police began investigating in March 2025 after the father reported her actions. She has been charged with abduction and disobeying a court order, with a warrant issued for her arrest.
