Police have lifted a shelter in place advisory and reopened Highway 11 in Severn township after an earlier incident. Ontario Provincial Police closed the highway between Severn River Road and Coopers Falls Road due to an ongoing investigation. Commuters were advised to stay in their vehicles. Police urge anyone with information to contact them.
