Ontario’s police watchdog is investigating a collision involving a 14-year-old driver who crashed while being pursued by police in Scarborough. The driver sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized, while the other vehicle’s occupants were unharmed. The Special Investigations Unit has assigned multiple investigators to the case.
