A 35-year-old man was shot by police in a Brampton apartment building after a family dispute call. The man, holding a knife, was shot in the abdomen and is in stable condition. The SIU is investigating the incident. The man had mental health issues, and officers had been called to the apartment before. No officers were injured, and the incident is under investigation.
