A Vaughan man, Gianni Luciani, charged with uttering threats during a girls’ soccer game in Concord Thornhill Regional Park. Incident led to game’s premature end. Accused allegedly threatened a youth on opposing team. Investigation ongoing. York Regional Police urge anyone with information to come forward.
