Air Canada flight attendants have voted overwhelmingly in favor of a strike, with 99.7% support from the 10,000-member union CUPE. The union accuses the airline of overcharging the public while flight attendant wages lag behind inflation. A strike could legally occur as soon as August 16th, potentially disrupting travel for many passengers.
