An Ontario judge has dismissed billionaire Frank Stronach’s attempt to quash his trial on one of 12 sexual assault charges. Stronach, 93, faces allegations dating back decades and has denied all claims. Pre-trial motions are scheduled, with the trial expected to begin in February 2024. He also faces a separate trial in 2026.
