He died in the Empress of Ireland shipwreck. A century later, his belongings found his family

For the first time in 111 years, items belonging to Albert Mullins, a victim of the 1914 Empress of Ireland disaster, were returned to his family. Historian David Saint-Pierre traced the artifacts to Mullins after discovering them in a collection. Caroline Mullins, his great-niece, expressed deep emotional connection to the items, honoring her family’s history.
