A tagged grizzly bear, nicknamed “Tex,” was shot and killed on Texada Island, B.C., after being spotted for over a month. The BC Conservation Officer Service is investigating the incident, which was reported to the RCMP. The bear will undergo a necropsy, and anyone with information is urged to contact the RAPP line.
