Vancouver’s food scene is buzzing with new openings. C Market, a Korean-inspired cafe, is set to open a 5,000 sq. ft. location. Pokey Okey Group is launching a food hall in Richmond. Chef Tushar Tondvalkar is bringing regional Indian cuisine to Mount Pleasant with Kavita. Other exciting openings include Paragon Tea, Big Way Hot Pot, and the first true Peruvian cevicheria in Chinatown. Numerous new cafes and restaurants are also on the horizon across Metro Vancouver.
