Bodybuilding influencer Hayley McNeff, 37, died from an accidental drug overdose in August, caused by a mix of heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, and other substances. Her death has deeply affected the bodybuilding community, where she was known for her achievements, including a win at the 2009 East Coast Classic and her appearance in the documentary “Raising The Bar.”
