Denise Richards has accused her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, of domestic abuse, including choking and death threats. She obtained a temporary restraining order, detailing physical assaults and threats to her life. Phypers denied the allegations, calling them false and hurtful. A court hearing for the restraining order is set for August 8.
