The Perseid meteor shower peaked on August 12-13, 2025, dazzling stargazers despite a waning gibbous moon. Earth passed through the densest part of comet 109P/Swift-Tuttle’s debris trail, producing bright meteors. Photographers captured stunning images of the meteors alongside auroras and landscapes, with the shower remaining visible until August 23, albeit at a lower rate.
