Alexander Mogilny, a trailblazer for Russian players in the NHL, has been selected to the Hockey Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2025. Mogilny, the 14th Sabres player to be inducted, was drafted by Buffalo in 1988 despite challenges in bringing Soviet players to the NHL. His induction ceremony will take place on Nov. 10 alongside other hockey greats.
