Olof Kyros Gustafsson, former CEO of Escobar Inc., pleaded guilty to fraud and money laundering involving the Escobar Fold phones. The DOJ revealed he took orders without delivering products, instead sending promotional materials. Gustafsson faces up to 30 years in prison and must pay $1.3 million in restitution, with sentencing set for December 5th.
