Nintendo’s Switch 2 launched as the fastest-selling video game console in US history, moving 1.6 million units in June, surpassing the PS4’s record. It was the best-selling console that month, contributing to a hardware spending record of $978 million. Additionally, 82% of Switch 2 buyers purchased Mario Kart World, while the Pro Controller had a 32% attach rate.
