A third victim, Jinfeng Guan, has died from injuries sustained in a triple stabbing in East Vancouver on Sept. 5. Police will recommend further charges against 54-year-old Viet Quy John Ly, who is already charged with two counts of second-degree murder and aggravated assault. The investigation into the relationships involved is ongoing.
