Vancouver artist Surnoor Singh won the grand prize at the Paint on the Mountain contest for his piece “Enchanted Forest,” receiving $1,500. Tawx’sin Yexwulla was honored with the Distinguished Artist Award for his contributions to the West Van visual arts community. Artwork is on display at the Harmony Arts Festival, where public voting for a People’s Choice Award is ongoing.
