Paul Mochrie is leaving his position as Vancouver’s city manager after over four years. Mayor Ken Sim announced the change, thanking Mochrie for his 14 years of service. Deputy City Manager Karen Levitt will serve as acting city manager while a replacement is sought. Mochrie was praised for his clarity in communicating tradeoffs to the city council.
