There is no fix for Intels crashing 13th and 14th Gen CPUs any damage is permanent
Intel confirms a patch coming in mid-August to address desktop CPU instability issues, but it won’t fix already crashing 13th or 14th Gen Intel Core processors. Degradation is irreversible, with elevated voltages and manufacturing defects as primary causes. Intel won’t recall or extend warranties, continuing sales without halting inventory. A microcode update is expected to prevent issues, but damaged CPUs should be replaced. BIOS updates are recommended as a preventative measure.
