Rock legend Mick Jagger visited Vancouver’s Vij’s restaurant after a Rolling Stones concert. Chef Vikram Vij was honored by Jagger’s visit and impressed by his healthy appetite. Jagger enjoyed Indian cuisine and engaged in friendly conversation with the chef. Other diners respected his privacy, and Jagger took photos with the staff before leaving.
